Hot Fixes for .chm access problem

Over the last weekend, a security fix was rolled out which prevents .chm files to be viewed correctly over a networked drive. This has stopped e.g. MSDN to work properly. Microsoft has published a knowledge base article on this problem with ID KB892675 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892675/). The fix to this problem is to add a registry key:
